Panel Discussion on the NSCAI Final Report
March 30, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm UTC-4
Join MITRE’s Center for Technology & National Security (CTNS) on Tuesday, March 30th at 2:00pm EST as we discuss the final report of the National Security Commission for Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI) with some of those who helped shape its recommendations. Following remarks from Ylli Bajraktari, NSCAI Executive Director, we’ll host a panel discussion with some of MITRE’s top AI subject matter experts.
We’ll discuss the commission’s final report along with prospects for implementation with some of those who helped shape the NSCAI’s report, which provides a strategy for defending the US in the AI era and winning this technology competition. The Commission’s report recommends how the US government can “responsibly use technology to protect the American people and our interests,” and actions that must be taken to “promote AI innovation to improve national competitiveness and protect critical US advantages.”
This event is open to the public, but registration is required.
