Freedom of Information Act
The National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence is an establishment of the executive branch of the United States and is subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). 5 U.S.C. 552. As such, Commission records which are not protected from disclosure by a FOIA exemption may be released to the public upon receipt of a valid FOIA request. FOIA requests may be submitted via the Commission’s FOIA.gov webpage (available here), by email to FOIA@nscai.gov, or by mail to National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, ATTN: FOIA Request, 2530 Crystal Drive, Box 45, Arlington, VA 22202.
